As the product of an exceptional change yielding significant results in terms of profitability, the Galician food company has extended the Kaizen dynamic for defining and rolling out the strategy, whilst ensuring company growth and improvement initiatives for sales, innovation and profitability throughout the organization. According to Managing Director Alberto Encinas, <em>\u201cThe Calvo Excellence System is the system that is going to enable us to achieve the objectives of our strategic plan.
